"Creating my e-Portfolio helped me to realize the importance and necessity of exploration and analytical examination of situations for my growth as a teacher. Taking a moment that you may or may not initially acknowledge as important for your professional growth, and further examining the situation will help you to discover so much about not only the science of teaching but also about yourself. Finally, I admit that putting together my personal growth portfolio was a lot of work but, in the end it was definitely worth all the hours and effort that I put into it!"

Stephanie's (Education, 2004) efficient and compact e-Portfolio design is loaded with reflective passages that serve to reveal how she thinks as a teacher. Her portfolio provides an insight that would be difficult to obtain in an interview but can be gained having observed her evidence! Wonderful!
